All orders placed in mainland Spain over € 75 are free. For international shipments within Europe, the price for free shipping is € 200. In the event that the order is less than this amount, the cost will be shown in the purchase process.
The time and estimated price for shipments varies depending on the type of item you purchase and whether it is national shipping (Spain) or international shipping (Europe). Below we indicate the cost and estimated delivery times of your shipment according to the type of article and place from where you place your order:
- Sheets: 3-4 business days for domestic shipments and 6-7 days for shipments to Europe.
- Picture: 4-5 business days for domestic shipments and 8-9 days for shipments to Europe.
- Canvases: 4-5 business days for domestic shipments and 8-9 days for shipments to Europe.
- Original work: 4-5 business days for domestic shipments and 8-9 days for shipments to Europe. The shipment will be made directly by the artist from his studio.
- Tshirts: 3-4 business days for domestic shipments and 6-7 days for shipments to Europe.
- Mobile housings: 3-4 business days for domestic shipments and 6-7 days for shipments to Europe.
- Tote Bag: 3-4 business days for domestic shipments and 6-7 days for shipments to Europe.
- Cushions: 3-4 business days for domestic shipments and 6-7 days for shipments to Europe.
- Cups: 3-4 business days for domestic shipments and 6-7 days for shipments to Europe.
IMPORTANT: No shipments are being made at the moment to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Nor to countries outside the European Union.
Our return policy has a duration of 14 days to return the product from receipt of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be acceptable for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. On the other hand, to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If we approve your request, then the refund will be effective in full, and the money paid will be automatically applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact the credit card company, it may take some time before a refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at email@example.com and we will indicate the steps to follow to make the exchange for the same item in good condition effective.
If the item was marked as a gift and it arrived directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will know of your return .
