Our return policy lasts for 14 days to return the product from receipt of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be acceptable for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. On the other hand, to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If we approve your request, then the refund will be effective in full, and the money paid will be automatically applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact the credit card company, it may take some time before a refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at and send it to the following address:  c / Alfareros 94, 14014, Córdoba, Spain.


If the item was marked as a gift and it arrived directly, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will know of your return .

In this case, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the shipping time for the new exchanged item may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over € 75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
