How can I open an account with you?
You have two ways to open an account in our Community.
- Through Join: You have two options, a free one in which you subscribe through a simple form. Another in which you make a solidarity purchase of € 5 of which € 3 will go to the Fundación Cultura en Vena, with which we actively collaborate. The rest of the money will go to support this community.
- Placing an Order: When placing your order you will automatically open an account and if you click on save my data for future purchases in your payment process (by entering your card details) you will be able to make purchases more quickly and efficiently, in addition to viewing the status and history of your orders. In this case you will not receive exclusive content as if you do it through Join.
Where can I find my order number?
Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email to your email (check spam) with the details about your purchase and the order number.
Can I cancel, modify or return my order?
In the case of canceling or modifying, it will only be possible as long as the order has not left our factory to its destination. If so, you can write us an e-mail to hola@nomadart.es with the subject CANCEL ORDER or MODIFY ORDER depending on the purpose and explaining the reasons for the change or cancellation. How do i track my order?
When the order is sent by us to its destination, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number from our partner Correos.es so that you can track your order in real time.
What forms of payment are available?
You have 2 payment methods at your disposal. Directly with your credit card through entities such as Visa, MasterCard or American Express or you also have at your disposal to pay the amount through Pay Pal. In case you do not have an account, do not worry, you can create it or make the payment without having one created.
When is my credit card or bank account charged?
The charge will be made at the same time of payment for the total price of the item. If there is any problem with the transaction, your payment can be refunded at any time before the delivery of your order.
What is the estimated shipping time?
The time and estimated price for shipments varies depending on the type of item you purchase and whether it is national shipping (Spain) or international shipping (Europe). Below we indicate the cost and estimated delivery times of your shipment according to the type of article and place from where you place your order:
- Sheets: 3-4 business days for domestic shipments and 6-7 days for shipments to Europe.
- Picture: 4-5 business days for domestic shipments and 8-9 days for shipments to Europe.
- Canvases: 4-5 business days for domestic shipments and 8-9 days for shipments to Europe.
- Original work: 6-7 business days for domestic shipments and 10-12 days for shipments to Europe. The shipment will be made directly by the artist from his studio.
- Tshirts: 6-7 business days for domestic shipments and 7-9 days for shipments to Europe.
- Mobile housings: 6-7 business days for domestic shipments and 7-9 days for shipments to Europe.
- Tote Bag: 6-7 business days for domestic shipments and 7-9 days for shipments to Europe.
- Cushions: 6-7 business days for domestic shipments and 7-9 days for shipments to Europe.
- Cups: 6-7 business days for domestic shipments and 7-9 days for shipments to Europe.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders placed in mainland Spain over € 75 are free. For international shipments within Europe, the price for free shipping is € 200. In the event that the order is less than this amount, the cost will be shown in the purchase process, which will depend on the type of item and area from which the order is placed.
Can I cancel, modify or return my order?

Do you ship to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?
Yes, simply place your order in the normal way and the shipping costs will appear in the payment process.
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we ship internationally only to countries within the European Union.
Can I buy a work without framing?
Of course you do, simply choose the Unframed option and you will receive your signed and numbered Limited Reproduction, accompanied by its corresponding certificate of authenticity.
In case of buying a framed work, does the frame and the work come separately?
No, you will receive the framed works ready to hang. Our paintings include eyebolts so that you only have to worry about finding the perfect place for your work and hanging it.
Are your clothes Unisex?
Yes, all of our clothing is Unisex. They do not carve or change their design according to gender and they do not shrink.
I am an artist, how can I collaborate with you?
If you are an artist and you are interested in showing your works on our platform or any type of collaboration, please contact us at hello@nomadart.es with the subject "Collaboration" and we will study your proposal.
Do you charge artists for belonging to your platform?
Our artists do not pay any fees to show their works on our platform, only benefits. That is precisely our mission, that one day they can make a living from their art and have greater visibility.
