Refund policy

Our items are of high quality but still a fragile and delicate type of product. We do not recommend ordering several of our paintings in order to try them out and return them if you do not like them. In this type of return (without damage to the item) we will only refund 50% of the purchase price of the returned items and the return shipping costs will always be paid by the customer.

As a solution we have a photographic assembly service in which we can show you how they would look in the desired space in your home. If you are interested, please follow the next steps:

  • Write to us at with the subject Photographic montage.
  • Tell us the type of room where you want to try them (living room, bedroom, entrance...etc).
  • Tell us the name of the article/s with the type of format, size and frame you want to see on your wall.
  • Send us a photo of the space where you want to display them. It is important that your photo has enough light and is taken from far away, to be able to see your picture/s in environment. Don't worry, if you need to zoom in, we will edit it for you.
  • Within 1-2 days you will have your full-scale montage back and we assure you that it will help you to make up your mind, you will think you have them there in reality!


Our returns policy is 14 days from receipt of purchase to return a product. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be acceptable for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In addition, to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds of 50% (if applicable) will be granted:

Any item that is not in its original packaging or condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If we approve your request, then the refund will be issued in full, and the money paid will be automatically applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before a refund is officially issued. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift and came directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them to be given to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
