Each item is made to order once the purchase has been completed. This way, we do not keep pre-made stock, ensuring the highest quality and condition of the materials.

Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over €75. The shipping time for your order depends on the item you’ve chosen. Based on average delivery times, you’ll receive your order within 3 to 5 business days. We work with the best logistics providers to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Returns: Easy and fast. You have 14 calendar days to exercise your right to return. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the return in accordance with our policy and refund the amount corresponding to the product; shipping costs are non-refundable.
